"Rooms are spacious, very cozy Japanese style with wood and glass. The bathroom is botanical with some little "friend", they are friendly by the way. Staffs are very supportive, they helped me upgrade to bigger room eassily. Especially breakfast are good, they give me yogust and nut milk. The garden is like a little trails, so green and chill. I enjoy my time here very much."

"Pros: you can use Hyatt Regency hotel’s amenities. The unit is roomy and on the beach, the kitchen has everything to cook a quick meal. We loved the balcony. Cons: buggies/golf carts don’t provide you any services because your unit is not associated with the hotel. One of our key cards never worked from the minute we checked in, the host knows about it. "Whoever manages this property is horrible! We spent 3-4 hours trying to get a hold of the host. We couldn’t find the place because it’s all new developments. This place is located on top of a coffee shop. The employees at the coffee shop had no idea what was going on. There were 3 separate people telling us to go to different locations. "Can’t believable that they told us stole the cups that used to swish mouth while we were waiting for our deposit to be refunded. They didn’t want to refund our deposit and hold us back until I told them to go check on my car. Then they let’s us go. Bad service here. We were almost late for our flight."
