"This was a really nice place to stay, especially for the pricce! It’s located in a great location in downtown Chicago close to many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, museums and public transportation!There are some wonderful cafés to visit right outside the hotel, including a French cafe, and a Trader Joe’s close by for extras needed during your stay. As for the hotel itself, the customer service was exceptional which I might add, is hard to come by these days! They were very accommodations and the perks were a plus! They have a wonderful happy hour in which you get free snacks and cocktails! I mean who wouldn’t love that Extra Perk? The pool is nice also. The only caveat is there’s no hot tub. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable, smelled good, felt cozy, shower was lively. Everything was really nice over all! "
