"Parking staff were fast and helped us right away. The check in and out were both easy and quick as well, elevators were always available and staff were always easy to find and ready to help. 10/10 Room was very clean and spacious, we had no complaints"

"From the day we arrived parking was easy, as well as check in; we paid the $35 for early check in. The room was clean and the fridge was good. Breakfast started at 630 which gave time to relax and enjoy the food. The only thing that I would have liked was a microwave in the room."

"The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to street level shops and restaurants, as well as the Riverwalk. Our only issues were a couple of minor maintenance and signage concerns. The phone in our room wasn’t working, and after a technician came by, we were advised that the outlet in the room was not functioning. Additionally, the main entrance could use clearer signage directing guests to the registration desk, which is located on the second floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service and convenient location."

"The room was very nice . Aury and bright. Staff, especially the bell hop were friendly and helpful. Only drawback was the construction on the floor above us and the price of food at the resturant. But overall a good experience."

"Nice hotel to stay at for a special occasion. If you’re going to the Grand Ole Opry and don’t want to be near Broadway street (where all the populated honky tonk type of bars are), this is a great place because of the location. It’s way too expensive for nothing extraordinary that you can’t find at any other hotel chain. Beautiful atrium with flowers and water features."
