「My daughter, and I, were recently traveled abroad to Ghana from the USA, and we had a most wonderful experience at the Lemon Beach Resort in Elmina, Ghana. Our room was located, not in one of the huts, but on the ground floor of the main building. It was air-conditioned, and it had a clean bathroom, a lot of closet space, and it had great Wi-Fi. What was cool was that our room had sliding doors that opened up onto a porch with sitting area, to eat, read, or just take in the air. The...

「This hotel has been in business for many years. The old original building had nice architectural things like hand laid wood parquet flooring, funky old bathtubs. Nice art on the walls. Clean crisp linens. Breakfast included. Restaurant has nice selection of foods, well prepared. Staff very professional, helpful, cheerful. This is our go-to hotel when we need to be in Accra. 」

「Leider war unsere Buchung über Expedia von der Rezeption nicht auffindbar. Sie behaupteten, dass eine Buchung nicht vorliegen würde. Nach vielem Hin und her konnten wir dann doch ein Zimmer bekommen, jedoch nicht über Expedia. Wurde extra berechnet. Sehr lange Wartezeiten auf's Essen trotz Vorbestellung. Sehr begrenzte Auswahl an Essen. Legen einem die Karte vor, aber am Ende, leid es auf 1 Gericht heraus, was man bestellen konnte. 」

「We were able to upgrade to a breakfast and AC which made it nice. The doors to the bathroom didn’t close. Periodically there was a smell like sewage in the hallways, but it was only a smell. The beds were clean. The floors were clean. The bathroom does not get hot water. But most places there don’t. We did not try the pool, but just know the public can come there to swim during the day. It also cost 15 cedi per day to swim. Security was okay. There is a taxi hub nearby which is nice. ...
