"Everything was great"

"To be fair, it was a VERY cold couple of days when we arrived. However, when we go there the room was very cold and the heater was very insufficient to bring the room up to temp. I actually wasn't "warm" until the following morning(!) Having run for over 12 hours. A good solution would be to see if the heat could be turned on well in advance of guest arriving on especially cold periods? No worries...we survived!"

"Great stay at the Adobe resort. The staff was very friendly. The food offered in the restaurant was very good and the condition of the grounds was pretty good considering it is almost right on the water. I had the king room with the Jacuzzi tub. I will tell you the Jacuzzi tub was nice to sit in, but it actually needed a little bit of cleaning. We handled that quickly with a little cleaner and a towel. There’s some corners of the room that needed a broom but normal. It was nice to hear the ocean and wind through the window. The sliding door was a little sticky but just a slight lift and slide opened it up. The dining room staff was really polite and attentive, you can definitely tell they really care about the menu in a small town low on options. 5/5 on the food and the service. The staff was extra attentive in the mornings and in the evenings. I do recommend it though there are other offerings in area. That was a great way to start our first visit to Yachats. "
