We love this place. Easy walk to the beach. Wonderful accommodations and great ocean view. We wish it didn’t have the ground cover prickly weed sticker things is our only negative comment.

Sweet time

The view was absolutely stunning. The apartment was clean,and equipped. There could have been more towels, and they could have smelled fresh, not sour. We wanted to use the electric fan,but didnt want to spend time cleaning all the gunk off of it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely return.

Booked this rental through Expedia. After spending over $1,000 for half up-front and before the second half was due, I changed my payment method on Expedia. The second half didn’t come out I noticed so messaged Expedia. The booking changed to owing the full amount at the property. Spent two days messaging Expedia getting different answers. Finally looked up the company and called them. They tried to run original card that I had to change due to fraud and having to get a new card. They had emailed me, but I didn’t see it, as I didn’t recognize the company. Asked to pay the balance and was informed by the company they already rebooked it!!! Asked when to expect the refund and they informed me they were keeping the half as the mix-up happened at the one-month point after I could cancel. All of this time and through even the dates of our stay July 18 to 25, 2026, Expedia kept acting like I’m staying there, hence my ability to review. Lessons learned: 1. Never never never again book through Expedia 2. This property management company are not good people. I would never rent anything they manage again. Could not afford another $3,000 to book another comparable place for my disappointed girls and I in July, so had to cancel vacation. We are heading to go camping on Vancouver Island instead later in the summer. Just super bad people. Don’t support their business.

My 9 year old and I had a few days on the beach with our 2 fur babies. I was so impressed with the cottage I got thinking there had to be a catch! If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is your place. We will absolutely return and so grateful for the days we spent.

Spacious open floorplan with great view of the ocean and beach. It could have been a bit cleaner, but we overlooked that. It's about 2 miles from Yachats and 4 from Waldport, which made it convenient.
