「The room was clean, and the property was clean. The toilet was clogged where they brought me up a plunger and told me to fix it myself and both the front desk guys were just helpless and useless and took forever to check us in.」

「Water pressure wasn’t great and a/c kept turning off. But they are in the middle of renovations that are looking good!」

「A very nice hotel, off the highway backed up near a very cute neighborhood. Amazingly friendly staff, everything was very clean! Breakfast was super yummy, my young daughter was a little bummed they didn't have a waffle maker, but they do have a pancake maker, so we made do! We stayed in 4 hotels on our trip, and this was THE BEST ONE! Highly recommend! 」

「Good overall, except staff. I gave a star for the male staff that I checked in with. He was nice with good hodpitslity. And (-) 4 stars for the female staff who checked me out. She looked like zoombie and didn't even bother to say " Thank you or good bye or anything" Wrong personality for this job.」
