「This was a voyage back in time to the motor lodges of old. But it was really enjoyable. The decor was fun and functional. There is no "front desk" per se. Just check in at the counter in the coffee shop - The Crimson Cup. Wonderful 」

「This hotel was perfect for what we needed. My Husband and I only spent one night in Columbus and were looking for something affordable but out of the regular hotel brands. This hotel room was perfect, very comfortable, the check-in process was easy, the pillows and bed were comfortable, and clean and elegant showers. Definitely will be staying next time we visit the area.」

「The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.」
