"I booked and paid for a room with two queens. The hotel did not have that available yet kept my reservation and placed me in a king. I explained that I needed two beds for my 3 person stay and I wanted the room I reserved and already paid for. They would not accommodate my reservation and I had to wait for a refund and look for another hotel at night"

"Property especially the carpet was not as clean as I would expect. Lamp was missing light bulb."
