"I had an excellent experience during my stay. The place is located in a very convenient area.The staff is very kind. The space was clean, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The bed is very comfortable. The lights are not bright enough, but the room has enough sunlight during the day. The gym is very spacious, although they only have dumbbells, an elliptical machine, a bench, and an indoor bike which doesn't turn on. "I had a decent stay here. The location is good only 10 mins walk to the main cathedral. Wifi was reliable and the showers had great hot water. Towels are provided and beds were of relative comfort. The place was always clean and the kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The downsides were that there wasn’t any social feel to the place and the rickety wooden doors would get noisy when it was windy at night. All of the patio furniture was damaged and in need of repair"

"The photos on line are much nicer than the run down space that is the current property. My room was right next to the common area and had a missing window into the common room covered by a curtain… so it was loud and not secure. People seemed friendly enough but I was very disappointed in the price for what I got. "

"An hotel that looks nothing like the photos. The hotel is not at 7minutes distance from the airport, with trafic 40 min, fluid 25 we did both. There is no check in or check out counter, there was only a security gardian who gave us the key at the entrance. "The staff is outstanding and the location can’t be beat for taking in all the central histórico sites. The hotel balcony restaurant has a view of the Zocolo that can’t be beat. The Jr suite we stayed in was gorgeous with a view overlooking the Zocalo as well. The historical architecture of the hotel lobby is inviting, throw in complementary coffee, soft drinks, water, and snacks; and what’s not to like?!"
