"The single worst hotel experience of my time in Africa: I asked the hotel if I was settled with my bill when I was checking out. They said yes: I needed to pay with credit card since I have no local currency. Almost half an hour after dropping me off at the airport, the driver showed up & refused to let me go through security: he didn't have any paperwork, balance or a credit card machine & started harassing me loudly and embarrassingly all around the airport for a balance for the shuttle. "I booked my stay when i arrived in Lusaka late at night. When i got to Acamms the receptionist was refused for me to stay there although i had a receipt from Expedia from my email. Long story short i had to find an alternative hotel in the middle of the night in Lusaka. I contacted Expedia on the 13th about getting a refund and up to now they are still getting in touch with Acamms. So bad service from both Acamms and Expedia. Book at your own risk."
