「Da premettere che è stata scelta da hotel.com visto che la precedente era stata cancellata dalla struttura. Dopo un pernottamento sono stata cambiata di struttura perché già piena quest' ultima. Per cui non so dare un giudizio esaustivo.」

「This was the most magical vacation and guesthouse that we have ever stayed at! The facilities are gorgeous and the staff is so sweet and accommodating (and always available) and we LOVED the big and beautiful pool. 「I choose this Hotel because of the gym pictures on the hotels.com site. THERE IS NO GYM! And they were just sorry, we forgot to take the disinformation from the site. They haven’t had the gym since this January. Hotel didn’t offer me any refund or other option (another gym)」

「I visited The One during off season and covid mitigation rules, and due to this circunstances, I was surprisingly the only customer in the whole large resort. I got very warm welcome and free upgrade to a seafront apartment. Nothing major to complain other than the TV in the apartment did not work, neither did the wifi for some occasions. 「Hotellet (byggt på 70-talet) var i stort behov av renovering både utvändigt och invändigt. Servicen var långsam. Beställde man dricka till maten så hade man nästan ätit klart innan den kom in. Man fick vänta på madrasser och handdukar för solsängarna till klockan var närmare 10 AM. Bad i havet provade jag en gång och det fick räcka. Väldigt långgrunt och mycket sjögräs vilket man inte kan skylla hotellet för. Jag hade ett superior rum för 9000 KSH/natt och halvpension vilket var ganska ok. men...
