「We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. Sie zeigte uns das Apartment und gab uns Tips; u.a. zum Essen gehen, sowie zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe.
