「We were disappointed with our stay and left early, forfeiting our second night because the noise was unbearable. The property photos are extremely misleading. Balconies appear to face a peaceful forest, but actually overlook a busy highway with constant traffic, loud mufflers, honking, barking dogs, and roosters crowing at all hours. We booked expecting a quiet, "spa-like" environment based on the listing, but relaxation or sleep was impossible. Furthermore, pre-trip communication was...

「This was incredibly beautiful! We loved our stay. Be careful and make sure you close your tent completely so the bugs don't get in, but it is a tent in Guatemala at the end of the day, so there will probably be a bug at some point. One thing I think they could improve on is providing locks for the tents. Rooms get to be locked up but the tents are all just based on an honor system I guess? We were absolutely fine and no one snuck into our tent or anything, but it only takes one bad egg.」
