「The overall stay was great. The staff was incredible and made us feel right at home. They were so accommodating and welcoming to our 3 year old - he still hasn’t stopped talking about the stay. Our only negative would be the beds and pillows. Very flat, not comfortable. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. 」

「Overall a great property!!! Nice clean area. Very quite and close to shopping. Only gripe was the mattress!!!! It was quite uncomfortable. The springs in the mattress squeaked everytime my wife or i moved. Maybe the memory foam mattress we have at home has spoiled me. Overall, its still a great property. I would book here again!!」

「We absolutely love the perks of staying at Embassy Suites. The property was older, but the service provided made it more than top-tier. The attentiveness of the bellman/attendant Jamarey- who was ready, willing and able to assist- even when not prompted,puts the butler on Adam Sandler’s Mr. Deeds to shame. 「The breakfast was the worst I've ever had. Everything was cold. Waffles were hard and cold. Eggs cold. Etc. had to wait an hour for our room to be ready also. 」

「I checked in and immediately noticed that the bed sheets weren’t changed so I told the lady at the front desk and the housekeeping supervisors handled right away! I stayed for 3 nights and my bed sheets were changed everyday after that! I appreciated it. Other than that, the hotel was clean and quiet, the entire staff were very friendly and polite. I saw other reviews about roaches but I didn’t see one during my stay.」
