The hotel is ok. It’s clean, the breakfast was good and nothing went wrong. Definitely did not meet my expectations tho. Not what you’d expect from a 5 star. Our room was very small and poorly designed.
It’s like a Mexico resort. A little tacky and fine but nothing memorableS

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and you'll notice as soon you enter the lobby. There were multiple pools and amenities to relax around. The breakfast buffet had an abundance of options and I like how the options rotate daily.
We took a day in Phuket just to enjoy the hotels and shops nearby. The gym and the free workout classes were both great pluses.

We had a poolside room, and it was so cool. The room was clean, the pool was really clean, the staff were so nice. The food was pretty good. I would come back to this hotel

Hotel provided shuttle for 300BHT roundtrip. God mixture of highens and regular mall stires. Also found some loca shoos and kiosk. Good foor court areas.
