"This hotel / resort was amazing. The pool, sauna and steam rooms were wonderful. Restaurant 980 was also very good. Highly recommended."

"Once we were checked in, our stay was great. At check-in, our registration person was unengaged and presented inaccurate information. He offered us and upgrade stating that it was less than what we had originally paid for our room. After making the upgrade, he tried to charge us an additional cost. He then stated that it was above what we originally paid so we refused the upgrade. The entire process took us over 20 minutes."

"The staff at Holiday in Estes Park were fantastic! The outside lounge area fire pits with complimentary s’mores kits were a great way to spend the evening. The pool and hot tub were large enough for numerous guests to enjoy. Breakfast buffet wasn’t replenished often during breakfast, and we didn’t know until the last day that the breakfast staff was to provide table service. A great location, clean rooms, and kind staff! "

Lovely heated outdoor pool surrounded by a beautiful garden of flowers and manicured trees. Best breakfast! Bowls of fresh berries. Pleasant, local vibe opposed to giant chain. "
