「We didn't prepare the snow chain and bought it at the hotel. Because we didn't use it eventually, we could return it to the hotel and being charged for a restocking fee only. It's a good service. There's a Deli in the lobby, so the foods is easily to get. A nice restaurant is also available but a bit expensive. The entire atmosphere is good. 」

「I have stayed in this hotel many times with my friends, but every time the hotel staff repeatedly charged the parking fee, which was completely fraudulent. What was even more egregious this time was that the restaurant service staff changed the fee without authorization and overcharged.」

「Oh my goodness, I’m not sure how this stay could have been better other than being free! The staff were perfection, rooms were outfitted perfectly, the views….just wow. Dinner was amazing, breakfast delivered right to our cottage, bonfires at night….we will absolutely be coming back.」
