「This property is not close enough to downtown Saratoga Springs to be this expensive off season. I paid $170 for one night, and the room was just flat out depressing. Old, loud AC and heating system, and there really is NO hospitality at this location. The TV was fixed on the wall and the only place you could see it was to sit at a computer table. If you were on the couch or in the bed good luck! My real issue was how stressful it was to check in after driving almost 5 hours to get there. After...

「The room was very clean! The hotel was amazingly beautiful. The hotel staff including the front desk were so nice… the free shuttle service and the drivers were amazing! The bed on the other hand had one of the hardest pillows I have ever slept on. Like a rock to a garden… We went to the front desk to look for a place to get pizza and it would have been nice if we were directed to have the option of room service ordered or at least a menu in the room. Other than that it was a great overnight...

「Excellent hotel! The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. The room was clean & full of amenities. It was a surprisingly large room with plenty of room to spread out. Had a separate room with a couch, mini desk/table & wet bar with coffee maker, fridge, & microwave. Location was great. Walkable to downtown restaurants & bars & the park. Parking lot is shared with a CVS & a mini plaza with stores but I didn’t have any issues with parking. They also had a complimentary happy hour with 2 free drinks...

「Had a fantastic stay here, wonderful welcome from Brian on the front desk, and also a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was a very nice surprise. All the staff were great and the hotel is lovely. Enjoyed the gym and the indoor pool area. Good location to explore lovely Saratoga Springs for our short stopover on the way to NYC.」

「This was a basic facility no dining room. The staff did change my booking from a two queen beds to a king size because I was the only occupant. 」

「Room was clean but bedding was terrible. Pillows were pathetic, all 4 . Sheets did not fit mattress so had to sleep on rubber mattress cover. Kathy Hilton would not allow RHOBH to sleep with those conditions. It was hard to find an open parking spot. Restaurant was good.」
