"Great Hotel! "

"I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, but the coffee was average at best. Onsite parking is a major rip off. I discovered better options after checking in. Staff was friendly and the property was well maintained. The room was nice too. That said, there are a lot of homeless people in the area as there is a resource shelter a block away. Many of them are clearly troubled with drug addiction and/or mental illness"

"The room was not comfortable at all and the shower was horrible. The water flow was so bad I literally had to run around in the shower to get wet. The room was terribly noisy all night long with back up horns and slamming dumpsters. I got no sleep at all on the first night. The sofa was uncomfortable as well I expected more from a hotel at this price even though it was in downtown. Other hotels nearby were similarily priced and much nicer."

"Great experience. Only two out of six elevators were working and they had a marathon going on in town. Ended up using the service elevator but the staff was doing everything they could. "

"Clean room, they seemed understaffed due to SXSW that week, the desk would answer 50/50 of the time if I called for room service valet etc"
