"Overall our stay was comfortable. Hoever, many things are outdated in the rooms and the cleaning job was atrocious! Hair in the bed and on the pillows, greasy hand and head prints on the headboard, lightbulbs burned out, loose table legs, shower curtain ripped, toilet filthy, bedding looked slept in and unchanged, fridge freezer not defrosted and generally just unsatisfactory cleaning done in the room. More thorough inspections should be done after cleaning the room to ensure customer satisfaction as it appears staff are untrained, lazy and/or cut corners....unacceptable in this industry!!"

"very clean and quiet to stay there"

"The outdoor hot tub jets haven’t worked for years and it’s like warm. But the indoor hot tub, sauna and pool are great. We had a family above us on the second floor with young kids who woke up at 6am both mornings an and were stomping, running around the room for an hour. Perhaps families with young kids could’ve put on the main floor. But we love this motel and will continue to stay here in the future. "

"Our recent stay at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge was a wonderful experience overall. While the main lobby is currently under construction, the hotel has done a great job relocating check-in, dining, and lounge services to the golf clubhouse, which was well organized and welcoming. Upon arrival, our room was not quite ready, which was a bit of a slow start. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service that followed. Both the concierge team and a manager personally reached out to ensure our stay was nothing short of excellent. Their attentiveness and care made a lasting impression. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, complimentary drinks at the lounge, and thoughtful goodies delivered to our room—all gestures that showed how much they valued our experience. These efforts completely turned things around and made us feel genuinely appreciated. From that point on, our stay was exceptional. We were able to fully relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain surroundings, making for a memorable getaway.
