「We have stayed here many times over the last five years. It is our go to property in the area. I will have to say that the stay this time was disappointing only because the breakfast did not offer much that we liked and very limited. Otherwise the rooms are very nice and the whole property is very clean.」

「The Americinn in Forest Lake was affordable and clean. My son enjoyed playing in the large pool, but the hot tub was under repair. The breakfast was decent, but not great. The beds were comfortable.」

「No microwave inside room, I didn't have toilet tissue, no cold drinks in venting also vending needs were very expensive! But the staff was very patient while I had waited to check in wasn't rude but very informative about how to get my room deposit payed! Its ran very structured and I can respect that.. as the renovations come along the key inn stay was very comfortable and quite & cleanliness was EMACULANT!!! Ik where ill be coming to stay when I come in town on weekends!」

「It seems the staff was trying to accuse guests of smoking in their rooms so they could charge them an extra $250,be careful if you stay there. The pillows where like toddler pillows. The shower enclosure felt like I was going to step thru it. The breakfast was always cold no matter of morning it was and less then appetizing. Don't recommend staying here.」

「This is a basic hotel. It has what you need but nothing more. Staff allowed me to switch to a room with an external window. Not all rooms have them. The carpet and tile in the room was dingy and felt kind of slimy on my feet. I’d stay again for one night if I had my dog with me again」

「Nobody was ever around to help us and it was filthy like nobody ever cleaned around there. Blinds were broken tv didn't work,water got all over the floor from the br shower. But the one thing I loved most was I was able to bring my fur babies there.」

「Room was not cleaned well -dust everywhere, mold/stains in bathroom, clock and phone stacked on top of each other, remote for tv look like it was just thrown behind it and left where it landed. The room smelled VERY STRONGLY OF SMOKE- Even though the doors all say no smoking. Transient people everywhere in parking lot, at side doors with side doors propped open by rocks, someone storing there very used bicylce inside stairwell by side door- got feeling these people were living there.
