"This property was terrible. Very basic and outdated room. At around midnight our smoke detector started "chirping" my husband went to the desk and the guy changed the battery and an hour later it started "chirping" again so the guy moved us to the room across the hall which did not have the extra pull out couch so my husband slept on the floor while my kids slept in the beds. but we could still hear the intermittant chirping though it was not nearly as loud. In the morning we were told it was likely the wiring and that if we wanted a refund we would have to go through hotels.com. The laundry facility was also very disgusting and the dryer did not dry our clothes. Needless to say this is the last time I reserve through hotels.com.Next time I call the hotel direct. "

"We were passing through but got caught in a blizzard and had to stay an extra night. They don’t have blankets on the bed just 2 flat sheets. Hair in the shower and bathroom floors. The pool had a lot of hair floating in it. And the hot tub gave my son and I a horrible rash from not having proper chemicals to kill bacteria. Made for a rough remainder of our vacation. When we asked for extra towels for the pool the staff got a bad attitude with us. Do not recommend especially for the money!!"

"After a long day of travel, this was a clean hotel with good customer service. The room offered a firm mattress and hot shower which is all I require. Sioux Falls itself has a lot to offer. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and parks. Check out The Falls and downtown. "
