「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」

「We rented the whole unit (C208AB), which was plenty of room for us - 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with spa tubs, kitchen, and sitting/dining area. Each area/room had separate climate control, the bathroom floors were heated which was really nice. Kitchen came with all the basic cooking tools/pans, salt/pepper, as well as basic cleaning supplies. 「The condo was very clean and although it’s very roomy the decor and fireplace made it feel very cozy. We were right in front of the ice rink but unfortunately it was closed probably for the season (would have loved to see it open) nice amenities, very quiet and peaceful. The views were very nice I’m sure if you go during the snow and holidays it will look even better! The bed was very comfy, a 5 min drive to Main Street - well it was not busy this weekend so we even found parking on the road. ...
