"The room was clean and spacious but felt a bit old. That said, considering the price, I can't complain -- it had everything I needed in terms of amenities and transportations (shuttle bus to the airport). Worth the money, and I'd stay here again when I have to spend a night nearby YYZ."

"While the hotel is reasonably priced and well-located, my stay was overshadowed by poor cleanliness and an unprofessional service policy. Key Issues: Poor Housekeeping: Housekeeping did not service my room during my stay, despite me never placing a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. When I mentioned this at checkout, the front desk staff simply asked if I had requested service. It is highly unusual to have to request daily room cleaning as a standard hotel guest. Lack of Deep Cleaning: The hygiene standards are concerning. I unfortunately had to look under the bed to retrieve a dropped item and discovered a massive accumulation of dust, trash, and debris. It is clear that the area under the beds has not been cleaned in a very long time. The breakfast is served in carton dishes and cutlery, so you know what to expect."

"I have had nothing but the most positive experience! Travelled with two dogs, and enjoyed a quiet room where they would be able to unwind. The hotel had very friendly staff, and very helpful. Clean rooms. The free breakfast was a nice addition. Would be returning 100%!"
