"Booked this hotel which, when we arrived, was new, clean & in a good location. The reason why I am giving a 1-star is because, even though I booked my reservation in advance, there was no room available upon our arrival. The hotel did make accommodations for us at another hotel; however, it was 11 minutes away in an older hotel with a terrible bed. No offer to provide a partial refund, or any other accommodations."

"I chose Hilton Hotels & Resorts expecting a certain standard, especially after arriving from a 16-hour flight, but unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing. The room was in poor condition from the moment I entered. The bathroom floors were visibly dirty, and the hotel overall felt very dated. The window seals were worn out, allowing cold air to enter the room which was especially uncomfortable given that it was 3°C outside. To make matters worse, the heater was not functioning properly. At around 2:00 AM, the heater began making a loud, disruptive noise, making it impossible to sleep. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that assistance wasn’t available at that hour, which I can understand to some extent however, there was no attempt to offer a room change or any alternative solution. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations, particularly for a brand like Hilton. I was left extremely uncomfortable and disappointed."

"Didn't realise needed to call for airport shuttle hence waiting around longer than necessary. Getting back to airport was no problem. Nice to asked what time shuttle required rather than having to request it. Left before restaurantopen for breakfast."

"Buffet breakfast was great, loved the variety of little fruit smoothies, oats, fruit and cottage cheese. They were delicious. Staff was very accommodating and were able to give me directions and held my bags for a layover. Bed was very comfortable. Great stay. "
