"Breakfast was absolutely delicious and different every day. Staff were friendly though they seemed to be short in the mornings during the breakfast rush. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable to include the option to get a softer pillow. The bathroom needed a refresh as the tiles were worn out and stained and the toilet seat was loose. Bathrooms in the lobby needed better maintenance and one of the elevators continued malfunctioning during our 5 night stay. The pool and grounds were well maintained and I really appreciated the beverage (agua de sabores) options that were available for guests in the lobby. Overall, it was a great stay and not too far from the center of the city."

"When the door opened and I was greeted with the most beautiful views. Super calming visual aesthetic of natural surroundings. Tranquility of sight and sound. The staff were incredibly helpful. I stayed three nights and needed my medication refrigerated, we used WhatsApp to communicate. He was there each night for me to retrieve my pills within 3mins of messaging. I was very grateful I am Vegan and had no issues with the menu at their quaint kitchen. Breakfast was a green smoothie with almond milk & another morning was avocado toast both were super delicious 😋 We used the pool and hot tub during our stay both of which were extremely refreshing & relaxing Adults only was a huge plus It is a bit of a walk to the downtown but super easy"
