"Absolutely amazing staff! Every single one greeting you as you walk by, so polite and attentive and so inclusive of the kids, my son constantly asking to see his friend (Ari at the center stage) she was the best! Pool = incredible. All of the food was delish and came out quick. I had a Balinese massage at the rock spa that was glorious. The garden area with playground and garden games was a highlight for my almost 3yo, he especially loved the fishies. The only fault is that the kids clubs were under renovations and the temporary rooms they had were underwhelming. Will 100% be recommending to other families and will 100% be back! "

"I came to Bali to check out hotels for my guests to stay at for my upcoming birthday party. I was looking to book 30 rooms. At first, I thought I found the spot. The staff was great. The greeting was so warm, and the service was great.. However, the staff didn't offer a refund after giving my entire group food poisoning. The room had roaches; they fed us rotten eggs; we had to call the doctor to treat our illness. Needless to say, we won't be staying here for my party :( Youve been warned!!!"
