"I'm a nature photographer and have been coming to area every January for years to photograph migrating waterfowl. Most years I've stayed at the Sportsman Inn dating back to when their website just had a photo of the front of the motel with the number to call for reservations. It was alway Spartan, but clean. We were shocked this time when we walked into our newly renovated beautiful room. They did a great job upgrading everything from the large TV to the smart mirror in the bathroom. It has gone from just being a place to sleep to a place we look forward to staying. Great job by the Sportsman Inn management."
"We stayed at the Hampton while visiting family for the weekend. My husband and I used to stay here years ago and we decided to stay here because they are pet friendly. I have to say it was a wonderful experience. We were greeted by the hotel staff with smiles and a helpful demeanor. Not just the reservation staff but ALL the staff. I don’t think I have ever been to a hotel where the staff was as friendly as here.
The hotel has undergone some upgrades and felt clean even in the hallways. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We were offered fresh coffee when we arrived and for breakfast.
I would most certainly recommend this hotel. We will return for another stay the next time we are in Washington. "
