"If you need a budget place in a pinch, i suppose this will do. It has the basics. Beyond that, this place was unpleasant. Rooms smell like mold, cracked paint and metal everywhere, blankets and towels stained. Avoid unless you're desperate or you have very low standards and expectations. "

"The room was clean. Could use an upgrade in the pillows. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was Nescafé which I do not like. Adequate parking. "

"We paid for a corner room with two queen beds and a sofa roll away bed. When we got to the hotel, the person at the front desk did not provide us with the room we paid for. She was rude and deflecting... An elevator did not work and the stairs could only be accessed from outside the property... There were lack of staff all around... in the front desk, in the breakfast area, in the hallways.... Children played in the swimming pool and went to their rooms without drying themselves... Therefore, the elevators were full of water, nobody showed up to clean... A meeting room in front of the elevators had a dinner reception and the tables were not cleaned for at least 20 hours... We expected more from this hotel and their staff. Not staying there again... "

"There were no grab bars or non-skid mat in the shower. Sheraton should fix this. I had to repeatedly get on the floor and crawl under a table to access a power outlet to charge my devices. That’s not easy for me to do anymore. I was disappointed that dinner wasn’t available at the bar on weekends. When I have eaten there before, it was better than the restaurant in back. The staff were courteous and helpful. Thank you."
