「Upon our arrival at 4:30 pm there was no clearly marked parking. Staff welcomed us, but after showing us to our room she seemed preoccupied with leaving, hurriedly giving us a meal suggestion. The room (#2) and bathroom were clean, sparsely decorated and extremely small and cramped for the 2 of us. There was a tiny television sitting 8 feet atop an enormous wardrobe (we never used). Street noise until 11:00 pm was constant and very loud, and the darkening blinds did little to prevent street...

「The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.」

「It was like the 60s with actual key to open the door it had windows that opened or seemed to Sounded like they should have been locked all the way but didnt. the heat didnt work there was a window air conditioner up in a window that you could hear the outside .which you could hear from the bathroom window as well It was like a window from a horror movie that you tried to get out of and were killed half way out. The whole bathroom was way outdated as well as the whole room it wasnt like...

「A very unique experience within this small but very elegant old hotel. The check in process was very friendly, having the lounge available for coffee, snacks, light breakfast was really nice. The room was so nicely decorated, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was perfect! We will definitely stay there again if in the area.」

「Newly renovated rooms with mattresses so new, they still have the plastic on them!! Go here, and go here QUICK. EVERYTHING is clean, it shares a parking lot with Culver’s, and the rooms are big enough to host all your relatives in! My top praise is for Karen the 80 year old breakfast attendant! She is an 18 year employee and whips up simply the best meals with a lovely smile and is so kind I want her to join me at every breakfast! THANK YOU COMFORT INN」

「Room was pretty clean but obviously not vacuumed. Property wierdly looks like its either pretty new or recently renovated but run down at the same time. Grout in bathroom was in rough shape. Chips in the paint on the ceiling above bed. I only saw staff when I checked in. I never saw anyone at the front desk other than that. My room was not cleaned or supplies replenished at all during my stay.」

It does not give a good first impression. The first room they put us in had a patio door to the outside that could not be secured because the bar was broken.
