"The staff is always wonderful and welcoming. The hotel restaurant and bar have everything you could need. The shuttle to the concert is such a wonderful perk. The bathroom had been updated and was wonderful. The room smelled musty and the ac made noise, but neither was a deal breaker. We're already scheduled to be back in 2 months"

When I didn't need room service but asked for towels and a few replenishments, they were Johnny on the spot with them. I am so used to other properties having their staff roll their eyes and give me such a hard time about these same requests. It's like pulling teeth with other hotels. But not HERE!!!
