Great customer service plus the unit is so big and the location is perfect. I would go back to this hotel again. Thank you for accommodating us
My cousins got to celebrate with us while we’re in town visiting. The place has open floor plan for us to just relax away from the busy streets and traffic during Sinulog 2026

There is construction going on at hotel. Early mornings no power in my room for over 9 hours. No one tried to inform me of anything. I checked out and got another place. Paid for 4 days and only was there for 13 hours. The ratings are not accurate and Expedia Is no better tried reaching out to them and they said keep conversations going with hotel. If you have medications like me that has to be cold in a fridge this will be a problem. Insects everywhere bathroom full of mold and smells horrible

I think you need to check if there are bed bugs because I was itching in my entire stay. Toilet wasn't clean enough. Location was great for me since it is too close to where I was going to. It's nice is close to the church. Staff were helpful.

We spent about 10 days at Tsai Hotel and Residences and don't have any negative feedback at all. The staff was always helpful and hospitable. Any time we called tot he front desk we were taken care of promptly, whether it was restocking water or taking garbage. We did have to ask everyday for water though and figured they would realize that we wanted our two free bottles everyday. Yet they always waited for us to ask, which isn't bad I guess. Very clean place and plenty of things to do around the area whether you are looking to eat or shop.

I like that it’s convenient, transportation is easy in the area as well. I didn’t really like the amenities especially the bathroom, shower area water flow is not separated so it tends to flood.

I have stayed many places so far and I do not have the highest expectations, but this was not worth staying. The party on the roof across the street was so loud, I left my stay early. I am not so sensitive to noise, but wow.

Little disappointed with loud construction sounds.

Stayed 2 nights and every morning little past 8am banging starts probably renovating but as a hotel most of the guests are tourists and obviously liked to sleep-in instead woken with loud sounds. They could have at least start it after 10am to 4pm. Towels were too rough, half full water bottles in the fridge, no shower curtain. Rooms looks and feels clean.

Will Never Recommend

Very bad customer service experience! After booking and paying online, they denied the room I booked and they wanted me to pay additional payment so I can get the room I booked and paid online! Very bad experience! The Manager is not deserving of his position! Overall, I will definitely not come back and will not recommend!

The Pictures are completely misleading. Maintenance is terrible; as an example: Aircon has no remote and canot be adjusted. There are no blankets or quilts available at all. The airconditioner is kept on Max Cold, so you can either shut it off and stop all airflow or leave it ON and freeze. Plumbing is inadequate; the shower is a trickle and the hot water barely works and is cold. The linen is threadbare. I could go on and on, but siffice it to let my actions speak for me as follows: I was booked for 4 nights. I stayed 1 night and checked out into another hotel.
