The room was generally clean and spacious. Had hot water and they had complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap and dental items. The wifi wasnt working at first but they immediately resolved the issue. I was able to work remotely with no problems. Check in was fast and easy as well as the check out process. Staff was friendly and courteous. The only thing that was a negative for me was the shower heads needed cleaning from the calcium build up. Otherwise, good overall stay.

What I like about this hotel is how close it is to 3 Malls, especially Ayala while being decently priced. Rooms are clean and have amenities. Staff at the dining area are attentive. Parking is easy and spacious.

Hotel is excellent and I loved my stay. Really nice rooms and lobby area, extremely kind and helpful staff available at all times and it’s in a perfect location in Cebu. The surrounding area is perfect to get Grab, get a variety of food options and do sightseeing around Cebu. Also, it’s only a 15 minute car ride from the Cebu Port Authority, which you can use to get to Bohol and other islands. The thing I love the most about the location is the proximity to the Ayala Centre, which is perfect not just for shopping, but also for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Countless dining and meal options there and it’s great to go to if you are bored or looking for something to do. At the hotel, you can include breakfast for US$17 per day, but I opted not to. If you walk 10 minutes to the Ayala Centre’s Terrace area on the 2nd floor, there are countless breakfast options where a meal can cost US$6-US$11 per person. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend staying here to anyone visiting the city.

Very clean and comfy stay.

The location is walking distance to Ayala Park. There's a lot of restaurants and the mall. I felt safe. Quiet area. Also you can walk to the night market. The hotel is clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff are wonderful! We had very early pick up for excursions x 2 days and both times they prepared a box breakfast that's really good. I appreciate that kind of thought service. Easy check in and check out. I will stay here again. They also have a nice restaurant and the food was very good!
