Pros: Staff were awesome! We didnโ€™t see any cockroaches or other bugs Good a/c Clean pool Hot water in the shower and good pressure Breakfast was good and reasonably priced Cons: Could be cleaner (windows and mirrors especially) Not a great neighborhood (however, we walked to downtown during the day, but I wouldnโ€™t recommend doing so at night โ€ฆhaving said that, it may be fineโ€ฆyou decide) For the price it is totally fine. Basic, but you get what you pay for.

not bad not great after a week stay I ask to check out one hour late and there was a extra fee for the hour security was very helpful there and even helped me with my bags and getting a cab everyone was friendly good ac units in the room the room i had could use a update there is a drug store next to the hotel that was handy for anything needed and little shops line the road very busy traffic but i think that is the norm here

Affordable spacious poolside room, decent and simple. Needs more aesthetics like interior design, and the comfort room needs some updating but overall the place is a good place to stay. I would like to commend that the staff are all accommodating, they helped get us a car to the airport because the area has limited transportation options (esp. on very early flights). Some guests were noisy but they seemed to be enjoying the pool. I like that there was a drugstore beside it, so if you lack essentials you can always go here. Since there's no restaurant, you have to be ready to go out for meals. Since crossing the street is unsafe better plan your trips as well.

Toiletry amenities were provided contrary to reviews . Desk staff was ok. Overall ok w nice view of mountain side, much better than poolside though room was older but clean. Pool is very old. Could use some good renovation. Shower curtains need adjusting to touch toilet floor so water will not splash out .

Dissapointed due to mosqito infestation in room

There were lots of mosquitos in the room. Hotel staff sprayed pesticide to kill them . My wife and son got headaches after the treatment.

True experience which needs actions from the owner

The toilet is dirty. The room is dusty and alot of mosquitos inside. My wife asked them to eliminate the insects inside the room and so they used an insect spray. After afew hours, mosquitos and other insects fell on the floor and on the bed. They didn't bother cleaning the room after. They also allowed other occupants to drink in the hallway which caused noise. Overall, the place is worst but can be improved. With that experience, I will not go back to this hotel.
