「Nossa experiência foi maravilhosa! Tudo excelente, desde o atendimento até a acomodação. A pousada é muito aconchegante, organizada, limpa e fomos muito bem recebidos durante toda a estadia. O café da manhã também é muito gostoso, preparado com bastante cuidado. Nos sentimos super à vontade e tivemos uma experiência incrível. Com certeza voltaríamos e recomendamos de olhos fechados!」

「Nuestra estancia en este hotel en San Andrés fue excelente. Viajé con mi familia y desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas, y el personal siempre fue amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Disfrutamos mucho de las áreas comunes, la comida y el ambiente tranquilo que nos permitió relajarnos y disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables. Lo que más destacamos es la calidad del servicio y la calidez humana de todo el equipo....

「Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.」

「This property is very unclean, we usually dont compain but this property should not even be on expedia . The doors do not have proper locks, the small fridge had half drank drinks from previous guests, the pillow cases were soiled, we found blood and hair on the walls, there was mould on the ceiling and the shower was very very unclean. The room rate is triple what it should be and the street noise at night is deafening especially since the windows are paper thin. Not a good place for family at...
