Ótima estadia, local de fácil acesso, estacionamento no local, café da manha e quarto simples porém bom . Única coisa que ficou a desejar foi o chuveiro, que é a Gás , porém não esquentou muito , mais em geral ótimo custo beneficio

Experiência Razoável

Razoável. No local tivemos problemas com a limpeza do quarto. No banheiro, só funcionava o registro de água quente no misturador. A porta do quarto fechava com dificuldades e o isolamento acústico não é dos melhores: dava para ouvir a conversa dos hóspedes do quarto ao lado. Cumpre salientar que todos os pedidos realizados à recepção foram atendidos.

Preço muito justo e por ser localizado na estrada foi muito bom por conta de estarmos de passagem apenas. O quarto é muito confortável, café da manhã era bom e os funcionários muito atenciosos.

Fomos recebidos com simpatia. No quarto as cortinas estavam desprendendo, ventilador muito sujo, toalhas poídas, papel higiênico muito ruim. Na manhã de sábado, 12/10/19, fomos acordados, às 6 horas, pelo compressor de um casal de vendedores de balões de gás sob nossa janela. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor mas não ficamos com fome. De fato vou pensar duas vezes antes de reservar neste site.

O Gerente não recebeu o pedido de duas camas, mas prontamente informou q iria resolver mesmo o hotel estando lotado. Foi ate o quarto e este era um triplo. Resolvido.

Eu não gostei de terem me transferido para um hotel inferior (Hotel City em Caxias do Sul), que ficava a 20 km de Farroupilha, e ainda por cima ter que pagar o mesmo valor. Essa experiência com a Expedia foi decepcionante, dificilmente voltarei a usar o serviço de vocês. Também vou alertar meus conhecidos em relação ao problema de overbooking que tive com a Expedia.

Vale o preço pago pela diária.

Cheguei depois do horário do check in e quarto não estava disponível, tive que esperar para ocupar o mesmo. Água do chuveiro não é quente suficiente para o período de inverno, não tinha cabides, frigobar e tv antiga de tubo em posição ruim, tive assar de pegar a parte antiga do hotel, onde tudo é mto defasado, até janela do quarto é do tipo basculante nada propisio para o comodo. Atendimento bom, anfitrião atencioso, no geral pelo preço cobrado, até vale, mas pode melhorar um pouco.

Local bonito, limpo e agradavel, mas com serviços a desejar, compramos uma diária para casal, no momento que entramos não tinha camareiras, tão pouco um serviço para ajustar o quarto, que era para solteiro, cobrei, não recebi retorno e eu mesmo tive que juntar as camas. Atendimento deixa a desejar pela estrutura.

Ao chegar no hotel me encostei no banheiro, no qual estava com cheiro de clorofila, e manchou minha blusa preta ao reclamar na recepçao o rapaz que estava ali disse que nada podia fazer so o gerente..pela manha o gerente chegou e tbm nao fez nada.. Passou para o dono que disse que a mancha nao era clorofila e que nao podia fazer nada.

Janela do quarto voltada para as margens da rodovia, muito barulho de veículos em trânsito, mesmo durante a noite. Quarto sem ar condicionado, o que impossibilitou deixar a janela fechada durante a noite, aumentado assim o ruído do veículos na rodovia.

O atendimento foi excelente. O sinal do wi-fi era bom. O único ponto negativo era o barulho dos carros que passavam na rodovia, mas acalmou perto da meia-noite.

Propaganda enganosa

O hotel tem uma parte antiga e outra nova. As fotos do site são da parte nova, porém, o quarto da oferta é da parte antiga. Quarto horrível, cheirando mal, aspecto terrível. Acabamos pagando a diferença e pegando um quarto melhor. Atendimento da recepção e da camareira muito ruins. Excelente café e atendimento da senhora responsável pela cozinha. Fiz avaliação sobre o quarto da oferta.

O Hotel está na beira de uma Rodovia e o barulho dos veículos é ensurdecedor, além dos quartos não possuírem ar condicionado ou qualquer outra forma de calefação, ou seja, é extremamente frio permanecer no quarto ou banheiro.

Não fiquei satisfeita com o quarto, quando fiz a reserva as imagens eram de um quarto mais novo, mas o quarto que fui colocada era muito antigo, tinha cheiro de mofo, a janela não vedava a passagem do vento frio (e estava fazendo 1°) e não tinha ar condicionado. O piso era de parket e o banheiro super antigo e gelado. Não recomendo para quem busca um pouco de conforto.

Hotel útil para quem esta a trabalho.

Hotel fica na beira da rodovia, ou seja extremamente barulhento! Quando fizer sua reserva se atente para o quarto, pois eles tem o hotel antigo e o novo, mais no site só temos as fotos dos quartos novos, sendo assim a decepção é grande quando te dão a chave de um quarto cujo o armário não tem portas e a janela sequer uma cortina!
