「Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in). A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming. Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

「When I booked the apartment I chose the one with a sea view however on arrival our accom was at the rear of the building. That said it did not detract from our stay. Would have liked some instruction booklets for the central heating and appliances but we muddled through. Also some brochures for attractions in the are would have been helpful. All in all we had a great time and we would book the Burlington again. 」
