The receptionist came to my room by false pretense there was water problem at 23:00 and made advances. I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed. 「I have stayed two night in the the hotel. First impression was not good at all. the hotel is directly on the Cornish, but I have not spotted it because it has no name shown on the 11 story building..!! What makes it even worse, I tried to call the hotel on the number provided by Expedia, and it was one of the staff own personal mobile phone, and the irony is that guy didn't know how to guide me and didn't know what the building looks like or its colour :D Anyway, the location is great, beach...

「We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was exceptional and generously replenished all toiletries and bottle water every day. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was powerful. Very beautiful hotel. 」
