"The first photo you’ll see when searching for this hotel on Expedia/hotels.com is a picture of a luxurious swimming pool which naturally leads one to be believe this is part of the hotel and a facility it offers. Only when I checked in did I find out that this was not the case and the spa in question is not part of the hotel but a completely separate facility and with an entrance charge of CHF44. I found this to be very deceptive and indeed false advertising. The hotel itself is okay but I have no idea how it has earned a 4 star rating. My room was comfortable but basic, breakfast was average and the restaurant wasn’t open. Nothing exceptional about the service and I can’t believe I paid 430 CHF for a two night stay at such a basic hotel. The false advertising left a bad taste and I would highly recommend avoiding this place. "

"1st floor double room with bathroom was perfect. Check-in was super quick - they stayed a few extra minutes past 10pm to accommodate of train arrival time. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful. "

"If you are planning to take Bernia Express consider staying here. This place is right across of the train station and you can take a train to Churr from here. The motel was very clean and really convenient for everything."

"Plenty of space, the mattress was a bit hard and is sparce on furniture. The room is a quaint classical early 20th century style."

"Nice room but a few problems. Bathroom door was warped and jammed against floor each time it was opened making a loud scraping sound. Shower head sprayed water up onto ceiling. Basin tap was stiff and creaked loudly. Air conditioner made an unusual noise when switched off, every few minutes through the night. Air con unit behind door and door bashed off it when opened. Nespresso Machine didn’t work well. Only 1 coffe cup for 2 person room and no milk. Fridge was warm."
