From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was great too, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of fresh options every morning. What really stood out, though, was the warm hospitality, everyone was genuinely friendly and attentive. "Do not book the room with shower in the middle of it with a family of 5... otherwise, regular rooms are very nice! The staff was kind in helping us get a more suited room, but very strange to offer a room that sleeps 4 people yet has no privacy for a shower. Centrally located, but loud if there is something happening in the square. "

"Nice room but a few problems. Bathroom door was warped and jammed against floor each time it was opened making a loud scraping sound. Shower head sprayed water up onto ceiling. Basin tap was stiff and creaked loudly. Air conditioner made an unusual noise when switched off, every few minutes through the night. Air con unit behind door and door bashed off it when opened. Nespresso Machine didn’t work well. Only 1 coffe cup for 2 person room and no milk. Fridge was warm."
