「We love Westin’s. However, during our stay which was supposed to include daily housekeeping, that did not occur. We stayed for 6 days and a few of those days, had to ask to have our room cleaned. This is part of what customers pay for and was disappointing to have to seek it out on our own.」

「Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the property. The only issue we experienced involved communication. Earlier in the day, I received a text message stating that if I needed anything, I could simply reply to that number. Around 8:00 p.m., while my husband and I were out for a walk, my father called to say he had a severe headache. I replied to the text requesting towels and something for his headache, but I never received a response. When we returned around 11:00 p.m., my father told me...

「I had to stay at the Embassy Suites Sarasota for 3 weeks during my husband’s hospitalization. The staff esp Alvaro, James, Josh, Manny, Geo, Maria and all of the other members in the restaurant took such great care of me during my stay. The food selection at the breakfast buffet is amazing esp the freshly made omelets! Shout out to the Embassy Suites Sarasota and their wonderful staff!! Hopefully we will be back for a pleasure trip in the near future!!」

「The place itself was nice. I love old style boutique hotels. No complaints on the hotel itself. My only complaint is from the Expedia site. The pictures on the site leads you to believe that some of the rooms have kitchens that don’t actually have kitchens. The standard rooms don’t have kitchens.」

「酒店位置很好，离沙滩很近，穿上拖鞋，走不了多远就到了。沙质记得还不错，就是有些水草，不是太多，沙滩上有冲上来的水草没清理。 酒店是一个2层的小楼，周边很安静，门口是一个停车的小院子，是一个居住房改造的小酒店。 工作人员下午3点就走了，入住信息会放在2楼的信箱里。 第一回碰上这样的入住，我开始有点蒙，就问已经住进来的韩国人，他也没说清楚，但给了我一个联系电话，打电话的时候，终于发现二楼的提示牌子，在信箱里找到写着我名字的信封，里面有开锁密码等入住信息，就这样就算check in了。 房间小，干净，问题是我房间和隔壁房间中间有一道门，隔音很差。」

「The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The problem we had was that the resort had 7 buildings and one pool. So unless you got there early you were forced to go to the beach. Also the lounge chairs at the pool were on top of each other with other people right next to you so there was no privacy. The lounge chairs on the beach were also very close to each other. This was a get away vacation for my wife and I and didn't appreciate spending it next to other quests.」

「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.」
