"We booked this hotel because it was recommended for families travelling with babies. When you arrive in the room, there is an amenities list on the tv that you can order things from for infants, like a cot, bottle steriliser, baby bath, etc., which was all very helpful. We had one of the one-bedroom rooms with a kitchenette and were a bit surprised to see it was missing its crockery but again you can just order it on the tv (presumably this saves unnecessary washing). The breakfasts were excellent. The staff were all incredibly kind and friendly - and very welcoming of our infant at all times. The Causeway Bay area is very busy and perhaps more chaotic than other parts of the city, so worth bearing in mind, but you’re only minutes from MTR, buses, trams, etc at this hotel, so it’s very easy to move around the city. We ordered room service a few times and were impressed with the quality of food, although of course it is more expensive than what you would pay if eating out. Overall, I recommend the hotel for people travelling with infants. "
