There were water damage spots on the ceiling in our room. Missing tiles in the bathroom. The grout in the bathroom were very dirty. There were dirt spots on the linens. If we didn’t arrive so late and had more options we wouldn’t have stayed. 」

No phone cord connected. The tv got 6 channels all of them 1 hour behind actual time. No new channels all old ones. So much noise sounded like a gym in the hallway, i had to yell at the people out there. ice machine on 2nd floor did not work. No bathroom exhaust fan. Tv remote had no battery cover. I had to screw the screws back into it myself to feel safe glad we brought our dogs. There was just an awful feeling about the whole place. there was also dust everywhere in the room.
