"We were very happy with our stay! Parking was not great, but the hotel was clean, they also offered coffee and muffins for breakfast! The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean! Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating! Thanks for the great stay!"
"My wife, son and parents stayed for 1 night after attending Mount Rushmore. Our rooms were very nice and clean. The following morning we left for Rapid City. We realized we had left behind a toy that our son bought in Medora. Upon calling the hotel they discovered the toy and set it aside so my parents could pick it up the next day. We were so very grateful."
"Great location for a few days stop in Custer. 20 minutes drive to Black Elk and Sylvan Lake. 5 minute walk to restaurants, brewery, shops. The room was fresh and clean, the AC was loud but didn't need it at night, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was great! Friendly and helpful. I used the laundry room which was clean and everything worked well. Parking was easy and the whole area is very safe and quiet at night, even with the bikers in town for Sturgis. Would stay again! "
