We were told to wait for a manager, but no one ever followed up. During our five-night stay, we requested cleaning twice and no one came. We were in Frankfurt for work and did not have the flexibility to relocate, so we ended up purchasing cleaning supplies and cleaning the room ourselves. We also contacted Expedia for assistance, but were told a move was against policy and were offered only a $50 credit toward future travel. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience. Avoid this property unless absolutely necessary. "
