Even though I made them be aware that i have connected Expedia customer service that I can check out early but sonesta still went ahead to charged me 2 night fee. I need my refund "

"The restaurant has amazing food and it’s open longer than expected. The room was clean and the beds are so comfy. The only thing I didn’t like is the room didn’t have a refrigerator. But the safety was great and the staff as well!"

"We ended up paying for breakfast even though it had said included when booking. When asked we were only told to go to the restaurant on the 5th floor so we did and that was not where the included breakfast was located apparently. "
