「I stayed at this Hotel due to the positive reviews. I was looking for clean, comfortable with modern appliances. I was in a suite and it was beyond expectations. I had 2 large screen TV perfectly mounted. One for the bedroom area, and another one in the couch area. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with selection and quality. The staff at the buffet were extremely nice, helpful, pleasant. When I checked in, it was neutral. Nothing good, nothing bad. Just a normal checkin. However, it was...

「No hot water, dusty and musty room, phone did not work to contact the front desk, swirls all over the mirrors, door didn’t shut properly. Pool was freezing Staff is apologetic and great. Breakfast was good.」

「A very clean hotel with great customer service. The breakfast buffet was great each day with nice assortment of food. The caricatures of the hotel come around and meet the kids and they have activities planned. The beds were smaller than we are used too but overall was a great stay. Waterpark is alot of fun」

「Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be ....
