"I can't say enough about how perfect our stay was. I wish there was a Habitat in every city we traveled to. The staff was amazing, kind, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and the rainfall shower could blast away the aches of a day sightseeing. The breakfast was by far the best we had in Sicily (they even prepared a to-go box due to our early flight out). Their restaurant is Michelin rated and is a must try when in Catania! The completely secure, covered parking garage was a must as we had a rental car and was worth the 20 Euro/nt. There is no driving on the street in front of the hotel, which kept it very peaceful. It is only a short walk from the main road and parking garage, so easy to access even with luggage. Our stay was only for two nights before our flight home, but it definitely left an impression!"
"Unfortunately this hotel has seen better days! Hallway carpets were disgusting/dirty, and the room was not much better. The photos on Hotels.com do not relate to the reality of what is the hotel. On a positive note, the women who checked me into the property was very nice! "
"The hotel is very good, very clean. Fantastic view from the breakfast room on the fourth floor. The service is very polite. I appreciate the freshly squeezed orange juice. One thing that surprised me was that when checking out, I was told that I had used the mini bar, which was not true."
"The situation is ideal. Close to the main monuments, a safety area. Staff is very friendly and rooms are spacious and clean.
Breakfast good.
100% recommendable"
"We stayed for six nights. The reception desk is rarely staffed but the check-in instructions via What’s App were clear. Our room was a bit small with tight spaces for two adults with two pieces of luggage to open. There were no chairs and only a small stool, naturally because of the limited space. The wardrobe is of limited use because of tight space and very high top hanger bar. Aircon worked well. The staff kindly provided us with towel changes every day and on request quickly provided us with a table and two chairs for the balcony. The bathroom was clean but had no counter space for personal effects. The common area is a nice space with coffee and other amenities, but not stocked regularly. The B&B location is excellent: next to the beautiful Bellini garden and close to Via Etnea and many good restaurants. Breakfast coupons were provided for a coffee and a pastry at a nearby cafe. On the whole, an ok place for short visits."
