This property was perfect. The apt was large and the terrace was lovely. All the area attractions are within a 10min walk. Highly recommend.

Great location in the city centre. Apartments were clean, modern and well stocked with kitchen equipment, toiletries, tea/coffee etc We stayed for 8 day and the apartment was fully cleaned and stocked halfway through the stay Attentive staff, very responsive to messages with any questions or queries Would consider parking if you are bringing a car - required street parking at a cost about 5 minutes from the building.

It was in the heart of all the hustle and bustle so it was very easy to find places to shop and dine at but , we stayed ten days and they cleaned and brought fresh towels and toilet paper one time and it was two days after being there.

Ferrini Home stay
We stayed 5 nights at this property. Absolutely perfect location - walkable area in Catania! Apartments were spotless and contained everything needed for our stay. Hosts were easy to contact. Would recommend Ferrini Home for anyone traveling to Catania.

Overall good property in a great location, we loved the balcony and the small kitchen in the room. The only negative thing is the AC in the room, it is very loud and doesn't seem to be very effective (the property owner might need to look into upgrading the ACs) and if you want to keep it on at night you will struggle to sleep. There is no front desk at the property itself but you can reach out to the staff via WhatsApp, they are friendly and responsive.

Beautiful apartment / the favorite of our two week trip to Italy. Not a good property if you have a car. There is a garage nearby but parking in the area is stressful. Great location but difficult to find as the apartment was on the first floor of building and almost hidden in an alley next to some restaurants, one of which was very good. They are very responsive. An earlier check-in is better with is property. The apartment had two balconies one of which was private and quite pleasant. The air conditioning worked very well. The bedroom is a loft with narrow steps - very modern, but you need to be able to ho up steps. We loved the place!

The property is clean and the staff are nice. However, the wifi of the provided is super unstable and cannot be connected and the temperature of the room is unstable as well.

It is a very cute property, hidden in an alley but very beautiful and cleaned, the only issue I see is the fact that the bathroom is very small and in some apartments the bathroom is downstairs while the room is upstairs, other than that, it is a very beautiful property

Large apartment "lofts" in a unique building, on a beautiful pedestrian only street (alley) this is quiet. Friendly staff and good service. Excellent location in the historic center, making it easy to walk everywhere within 15 minutes.If you are arriving by car, you will have to make a stop away from the pedestrian area to unload and then a short walk to the building.

The property is at good location but overrated at the reviews. Hot water for shower and air conditioning are not working well, TV seen a bit out of date too. Anyway the staff is helpful.

Wonderful location on small car-less street just off the main shopping and dining Street, so quiet yet near everything. Apartment was lovely with balcony and terrace. Well appointed with stylish kitchen and baths. Great communication with management who are actually on premises most of the day and into the evening and who arranged tours and taxis and gave great information about places to see.

Hidden gem in Catania.
It’s a gem in this old city! It’s hidden from the main road, so it’s quiet! They actually took 2 years to restore this old building to turn it into an apartment block. There’s even a loft inside the building! Rooms are spread over 3 floors. You do need to buzz into the reception office in order to go in for the first time. Reception office is on the third floor. The staff is always friendly, courteous, polite and willing to help. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. There’s even an electronic kettle, tea and coffee available for the guests. Location wise it is convenient to walk to everywhere else. The Main Street is just outside the building. And the best thing, the alibus stops right outside the apartment, so that you can take it to Catania airport. Love this property.

Ferrini operates 50 apartment units in Catania. My family and I were in two different apartments in different buildings. Both were conveniently located on the Via Etnea, which is where the action is in this town. The apartments are fully renovated and very tastefully done in totally modern Italian style. They could do with a few more touches to "warm up" the atmosphere and also need shelves in the bathroom and showers to hold shampoo, etc. Staff is very friendly and helpful. u

There can be no better place to stay.
Excellent in every way. All pre-arrival communication, welcome and support where needed during our stay. Comfortable, clean, beautifully designed apartment. Superb place in every respect. Excellent tea and coffee with Bialetti cafetiere. Ferrini helped organise an excellent tour to Etna. Also gave us advice on visiting Siracusa and kindly looked after our baggage free of charge for 24 hours. Finally organised our transfer to airport. Utterly professional. 100% recommended. Ideal place to stay.

My husband and I were on a month long trip of Sicily so being on the road for so long, this apartment is perfect. It is quietas it is located right on a pedestrian only street and the location is fabulous your can walk to everything. There was a nice balcony on the roof top with very comfortable wicker seats. The apartment we stayed in was two stories and a loft. The loft was were the kitchen was located and everything we needed was there. We had another balcony in our bedroom that overlooked the pedestrian street and all three levels were warm and bright. The reception was warm, friendly and extremly helpful they booked a trip to Mt Etna for us and looked after all the arrangements, we didn't have to do a thing.

Ferrini Home on Via Monte Sant'Agata was a very nice place to stay. It is conveniently located, very clean and the staff was very helpful. Though breakfast was not included, our rooms had kitchenette which allowed us to purchase food items at the market. We also were able to make coffee, which was provided by the hotel. There are two good restaurants just outside the door to the hotel. I can't say enough about the professional and helpful staff who reviewed the local map and acquainted us with the various sites, assisted us in arranging a tour, helped us with bus information and schedule to and from Taormina as well as arranging transportation to the airport. We felt very secure and comfortable staying at Ferrini Home in Catania and would stay there again.
